With the call sign “Makhno”: “Sevastopol is my land, and it must be free from fascist evil spirits”

The valor, honor, courage and courage that Russian military personnel show when performing tasks in the zone of a special military operation is the example that they set for all Sevastopol residents and especially the younger generation of the Hero City. One of them is medical instructor Yan with the call sign “Makhno”. The serviceman has been to the hottest spots since 2014, he was the leader of an evacuation group, then the leader of a special squad. He has hundreds of lives saved because the instructor saves lives twice: the first time when he teaches, and the second time when the people he trained save others.

I held the position of deputy general director at a printing house and at the same time was an instructor at the tactical medicine training center. After the special operation began, we saw a need for our knowledge, and a decision was made to send instructors who had voluntarily entered into a contract to the SVO zone. I signed a contract and went as a paramedic of the evacuation group— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the serviceman.

In the special operation zone, Yan performed tasks as part of Bars-27 in the Bakhmut direction.

There were ten of us in the platoon: two evacuation groups and doctors. Evacuated the wounded and provided the necessary medical care— shared the medical instructor.

For his participation in the special operation, Yan was awarded the medal “For Courage”.
