Wow, a fine: in Kerch, a businessman will pay… 10 million rubles for disrupting the renovation of a maternity hospital

In Kerch, by order of the prosecutor’s office, the head of a contracting organization was fined 10 million rubles for violating the deadline for completing work on the repair of a maternity hospital.

The contractor did not complete the repair work on the maternity hospital building provided for in the state contract in full and on time. The amount of unfulfilled obligations under the contract exceeded 215 million rubles. In this regard, the prosecutor’s office opened an administrative case against the general director of the legal entity— reported the Crimean prosecutor’s office.

The court found the official guilty of committing an offense and imposed a fine of 10 million rubles. It is emphasized that repair work at the site is in full swing. The lesson was put to good use, but, just in case, the renovation of the Kerch maternity hospital is under constant control of the prosecutor’s office.
