According to the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea dated September 2022 No. 758 “On Amendments to the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea dated 28 January 2020 No. 25” certificates of parents of a large family, issued by the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea before 31 December 2019 of the year, valid until February 1 2023 of the year.
