Yalta intends to solve the problem of Simeiz residents living on the territory of the former Yunost sanatorium
CrimeaPRESS reports:
For many years, people have been forced to live in essentially non-residential premises on the territory of the former Yunost health resort.
Let me remind you of the background — six families have been living for decades in premises that are not, in fact, residential. The Ministry of Land and Property Relations transferred them to municipal ownership, and work was carried out with each family on an individual basis. The next stage is recognition of the premises as residentialsaid the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko.
According to the official, this can only be done in court — the hearing is scheduled for January 30.
I really hope that we will put an end to this long-running story, and people will be able to privatize their housing. I explained once again that the administration and I personally are always open to dialogue and ready to assist in any matter,” emphasizes Yanina Pavlenko.
The head of the Yalta administration urges residents not to trust third parties who (as in this case) cause confusion and give nothing but incompetent advice.
