Yalta schools receive new equipment

As part of the implementation of the national project “Education”, seven schools are receiving new equipment, three are planning to open a “Growth Point” and another is getting a quantorium.
We equip schools while children are on vacation. Seven educational organizations are improving equipment under the federal project “The Success of Every Child,” implemented as part of the national project “Education.” And within the framework of the same national project, we are opening three more “Growth Points” — in the Livadia, Krasnokamensk and Simeiz schools, as well as a quantorium in the “School of the Future” — the second in the region. The first one, let me remind you, appeared at school-lyceum No. 9 2 years ago.”said head of administration Yanina Pavlenko.
In total, in Crimea in 2024, within the framework of the regional project “The Success of Every Child” to create new places of additional education, 191 educational organizations are participating, in which programs will be organized in the following areas: natural sciences; social and humanitarian; technical; tourism and local history; physical education and sports; artistic. Thus, as part of the implementation of this project, Yalta schools No. 2 and No. 6 have already received display cases for the school museum. Junior School No. 11 received some equipment to create a basketball club, and the Livadia School received new backpacks, mats and a camp kitchen for organizing the “Introduction to Tourism” program. Until September, it is planned to supply a children’s television studio “Pearl of Childhood” to the Yalta secondary school-collegium No. 1, equipment for a football club in the Junior School No. 7 and a volleyball club for the Junior School No. 12.
As part of another project — “Digital Educational Environment”, Yalta schools No. 4 and No. 8, Koreizskaya and Nikitskaya received 28 laptops, 3 video cameras and 1 MFP each. Before the start of the new 2024-2025 academic year, 2 more TVs and 1 LED panel will be supplied to these schools.
Printers, scanners, laptops, digital laboratories in chemistry, biology and physics, and educational kits for studying robotic systems will be supplied to the three new centers for additional education “Tochka Rosta”, as well as to the new quantorium. There will also be new classrooms equipped with modern laboratory equipment and media zones. The renovated premises will become a multifunctional space for the development, education and training of children.
