245.5 million rubles are provided to support viticulture in Sevastopol

The vineyard planting season continues in Sevastopol. Today, Yulia Kurbatova, First Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Market, checked the progress of work at the Agrofirma Zolotaya Balka enterprise. The agricultural firm enjoys state support measures and is included in the list of the largest wineries in Sevastopol and Crimea. This year, more than 70 hectares of vineyards are planned to be planted at Zolotaya Balka. As of May 4, work has been completed on the area 46, 2 ha.

The Government of the Russian Federation and the city of Sevastopol subsidize this area of ​​activity, that is, state support is expressed in the fact that funds are allocated for already incurred expenses. These can be various directions: for the laying of new vineyards, for melioration, for the purchase of agricultural equipment. According to the official, not only large enterprises, but also individual entrepreneurs, peasant farms can receive subsidies. In Sevastopol, a procedure has been adopted that provides for compensation of 46% of the expenses incurred. 245, 5 million rubles were allocated for these purposes — these are funds from the regional and federal budgets.

In total, in Sevastopol, more than 20 enterprises are engaged in the cultivation of grapes, including the laying of new vineyards and the maintenance of existing ones. In the spring period, agricultural producers completed the laying of 70,15 hectares of vineyards.

Recall that the total area of ​​land in the farm «Agrofirma» Zolotaya Balka «is 2 469,16 ha, fruit-bearing vineyards occupy 854,15 ha. Production capacity — 15 million bottles per year. In 469 year, the enterprise planted vineyards on the area 20,83 ha, the total amount of state support amounted to 73,83 mln rub.
