A new road from the Kherson region to Crimea is planned to be built along a section of the Arabat Spit

They intend to build a new road from the Kherson region along the Arabat Spit along the part of the spit that belongs to the Republic of Crimea. This was reported with reference to the Governor of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo HAN.

At the end of August, the governor reported that more than 100 km of road needed to be built on the southern part of the Arabat Spit to create an alternative route from the Kherson region to Crimea. This will relieve congestion on the routes of northern and central Crimea.
