A teacher from Sevastopol, Margarita Kovaleva, is fighting for victory in the competition “I Give My Heart to Children”

The competition is being held in Russia for the 25th time, it began on September 20, this time in St. Petersburg. Margarita Kovaleva from Sevastopol will compete for the title of best additional education teacher in Russia.
A participant from Sevastopol works at the Institute of Biology of the South Seas, and teaches hydrobiology at the MAN. Her nomination is “Teacher of additional education in natural sciences.” According to the director of the Sevastopol branch of the MAN, Sergei Pasein, this competition is analogous to the “Teacher of the Year”, but is held not among school teachers, but among teachers of additional education institutions. The competition final program stipulates that teachers will give master classes and perform all sorts of tasksnotes «Sevastopol newspaper».
The competition is held in two rounds. The first consisted of two correspondence stages. The strongest qualified to the finals. 525 people from 77 regions of the Russian Federation took part in the correspondence stage, 90 competitors from 40 regions took part in the full-time stage.
