The high-paying job search service SuperJob found out what kind of gifts city residents dream of for the New Year. Economically active citizens from Crimea took part in the survey.
The most desired gift for the New Year is money “to buy yourself what you want” (17%). 15% of respondents dream of traveling. 10% would like to receive an electronic device for the New Year, 7% would like a training certificate. 6% of city residents dream of tools for construction and repair. 3% of respondents each would like to receive jewelry, household appliances and sports goods as a New Year’s gift. 2% each dream about a new outfit, luxury alcohol, a book and tickets to a theater or concert. Gift options such as cosmetics and perfumes, gift certificates, dishes and kitchen utensils, computer games, subscriptions to electronic services, health products, furniture and interior items received 1% of votes each.,” noted the service’s press service.
During the New Year, men often dream of receiving money, tools for construction and repair, as well as goods for sports and outdoor activities. Women often want to receive a trip, a certificate for education and jewelry as a New Year’s gift.
Crimeans over 45 years of age are more likely than younger citizens to dream of a vacation and tools for construction and repair (21 and 11%, respectively). Respondents under 34 years of age would most often like to acquire electronic devices or receive a training certificate as a gift (14 and 9%, respectively).
