Crimeans support a ban on the sale of energy drinks to minors

The State Duma proposed banning the sale of non-alcoholic energy and tonic drinks to minors throughout Russia. The high-paying job search service SuperJob found out whether Crimeans support such an initiative. Economically active citizens took part in the survey.
81% of Crimeans were in favor of banning the sale of non-alcoholic energy drinks to minors: “Energy drinks are harmful and do not meet all requirements.” Only 11% were against the initiative: “Any ban encourages use”; “I don’t quite understand the meaning of the ban. Alcohol and drug free, contains caffeine and taurine to enhance alertness and performance — what’s the problem? Maybe we should also ban coffee?” — noted in the press service of the service.
Women support the proposal to ban energy drinks more often than men (83 and 78%, respectively). Respondents with an income of 80 thousand rubles. per month — more often than those who earn less (84% versus 77% among citizens with an income of up to 50 thousand rubles per month). Residents of Crimea aged 35-44 are more likely to oppose energy workers than younger and more mature respondents.
