CrimeaPRESS reports:

Rosgvardeytsy detained a restaurant visitor in Sevastopol who provoked a conflict in a public place.

In the evening, the duty unit of the Department of Private Security of the Russian Guard for the city of Sevastopol received information about the antisocial behavior of a guest of a leisure institution located on General Ostryakov Avenue. At the scene of the incident, the restaurant administrator explained to the arriving National Guard that two men and one woman ordered expensive dishes for dinner, and after the meal, one by one, they began to leave the restaurant hall. When the last of the participants in this feast was also stealthily making his way to the exit, his maneuver was noticed by the guards of the institution and tried to block the way of the fugitive. The man responded with obscene language. To resolve the conflict, restaurant workers called the patrol crew of the Russian Guard— announced the details of the case in the press service of the Main Directorate of the National Guard for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol (Sevastopol).

As the detainee explained to law enforcement officers, he was invited to a meeting by friends, and he believed that they would pay the bill, but he himself had no money. The noisy company, which decided to retreat after a hearty dinner, thus caused material damage to the restaurant in the amount of about seven thousand rubles. It was established that the party participant who did not have time to escape is a 42-year-old visitor from the Central Federal District, who had previously served a sentence of 10 years in prison for murder. For further investigation, the offender was handed over to the police.
