Manufacturers of Sevastopol supply their products throughout Russia

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Today, Deputy Governor Maria Litovko visited the T-Mold enterprise on a working trip. The company is a member of the free economic zone — enjoys certain benefits, but at the same time assumes obligations to create jobs and invest in the economy of Sevastopol.

The free economic zone provides a fairly wide range of opportunities. For example, insurance premiums are more than three times lower, there are also income tax benefits, the opportunity to get a land plot without bidding. Our free economic zone is recognized as one of the most efficient in the country. This means that investors, for their part, fulfill obligations in a sufficiently large amount from all contracts, and the region provides opportunities that are attractive to investors. Here we see that the enterprise chose this direction in time for itself and is now actively working on import substitution of products that until recently were supplied only from foreign countries— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Deputy Governor Maria Litovko.

For more than 20 years, T-Mold has been designing and manufacturing custom-made molds for injection molding of plastics, for direct pressing of rubber and molding of liquid silicones. As part of its investment project, the company planned to invest 30 million rubles and create 100 jobs. To date, the volume of capital investments has already amounted to more than 48 million rubles, and 97 jobs have been created.

Recently, the involvement of Russian enterprises in import substitution has been felt, which responds to our activities, as we manufacture tooling for casting various parts that our enterprises previously purchased abroad. Our products are supplied all over Russia — these are Tatarstan, Nizhny Novgorod, Moscow, as well as to other countries, for example, Belarus. Participation in the free economic zone made it possible to receive benefits for insurance premiums and income tax. This allows you to save money and spend it on business development or raising salaries.— says the director of the enterprise Rustam Khaletov.

This year, T-Mold also demonstrated its products at the International Specialized Exhibition of Plastics and Rubbers RUPLASTICA 2023 in Moscow and took advantage of another support measure. Thus, compensation for participation in the exhibition from the Industry Development Fund amounted to 350 thousand rubles.

We will continue to support the company in all areas: through the Industry Development Fund, through the My Business Center, the Economic Development Department. Today we discussed the issue of exporting products, we will provide assistance through our Export Support Center. Next year, the company plans to participate in a competition for a subsidy for equipment modernization in order to increase the production of products that are used for import substitution— emphasizes Maria Litovko.

Recall that in total in Sevastopol about 380 agreements were concluded with the participants of the free economic zone. Since 2015, the volume of actual capital investments of SEZ participants has amounted to more than 14 billion rubles.
