Workers are dismantling a restaurant in Artbukhta. But only the part of the building that is built on city land and extends onto the embankment will be demolished.
The illegal part of the restaurant building on the Admiral Pereleshin embankment was to be demolished by the owner before September 6 last year. He tried through the court to extend the demolition period by a year, but on April 10, 2024, the Twenty-first Arbitration Court of Appeal refused to grant PIR LLC a deferment. Starting in April, the owner of the establishment, at his own expense, has already dismantled the summer terrace and removed the furniture. Work to dismantle the building is currently ongoing. A small team is working on site. They mainly deal with interior dismantlingnotes «Sevastopol newspaper».
As one of the workers told SG, they must dismantle only half of the building, which was built on city land. The other part of the restaurant will not be affected by dismantling work.
