Accident on the highway «Simferopol — Evpatoria». A child was hit by a car

Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Saki region are conducting an investigation into the fact of a collision with a minor. An accident occurred this morning (at 9:00) on the Simferopol — Evpatoria highway, in the village. Orekhovo, Saki district.

A driver, born in 1962, driving a Renault Duster, moving in the direction of the city of Saki, at an unregulated pedestrian crossing, hit a minor pedestrian who was crossing the roadway from right to left in the direction of the vehicle. As a result of the accident, a minor pedestrian was injured and was taken to a medical facility— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.

Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Saki region worked at the scene of the accident. An investigation is being carried out and the circumstances are being clarified.
