The project is dedicated to the Year of the Teacher and Mentor.
The Crimean Republican Library for Youth, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea, announces the start of the essay contest «My Favorite Teacher», dedicated to the Year of the Teacher and Mentor.
Applications are accepted from May 22 to September 24, 2023. Young people between the ages of 14 and 35 are invited to participate. Essays are accepted that reflect the professional and social activities of a particular teacher, his interests, hobbies.
The goal of the project is to popularize and increase interest in the teaching profession, to promote the development of the mentoring movement, to create conditions for the formation of cultural values among young people, to promote their creative self-realizationthe organizers said.
Summing up (awarding of winners and prize-winners) will take place on October 4, 2023 as part of an event dedicated to the International Teacher’s Day.
Regulations on the competition and an application for participation are posted on site libraries.
