In priority, perishable goods, freezing, certain types of socially significant food and non-food essential goods, as well as special cargo, medicines, as well as equipment necessary for infrastructure restoration will now pass through the ferry crossing , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.
For trucks carrying other products, a temporary restriction is introduced on entry and movement through the territory of the Krasnodar Territory in the direction of the Kerch ferry. Such a management decision is necessary in order to redirect part of the cargo flow along an alternative land route.
The measures introduced should reduce the downtime of heavy vehicles on the approaches to the Kerch ferry and speed up the delivery of socially important goods. They will remain in effect until the ferry loading situation stabilizes, taking into account the emerging adverse weather conditions.
