On the territory of the memorial complex of the Museum of the Defense of Sevastopol «Malakhov Kurgan», as part of the creation of the Public Children’s and Youth Movement «Guards Change», a solemn ceremony was held to bring the cadets of the Russian Guard to the oath. A new cadet class, consisting of 17 fifth-graders, was also created on the basis of the Sevastopol gymnasium No. . To the sounds of the military band of the Sevastopol special motorized regiment, at the walls of the defensive tower of the Kornilov bastion, students of the profile class of the National Guard in the presence of mentors in uniform, teachers and parents, for the first time uttered the words of the cadet oath.
Just imagine how many great families came out of the Cadet movement: Nakhimov, Ushakov, Kutuzov, Tyutchev, Kuprin, Dal — and this list is far from complete, it can be listed for a very long time. All these illustrious people are a great example for you, dear Cadets. We, as mentors, expect that you will become an example for all students of the school, the pride of teachers and parents.
