He planned everything … Well, almost … In Sevastopol, a man robbed a flower shop
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Sevastopol, a 35-year-old local resident planned the crime in advance and carefully.
In the evening, hiding his face with a medical mask, the stranger entered the flower pavilion and, under the threat of reprisal, demanded that the seller, who was there, give him cash from the cash register. In confirmation of the seriousness of his intentions, the raider showed a hand saw handle protruding from his belt, outwardly similar to a pistol handle. Frightened for her life, the seller gave the attacker the trading proceeds — about 11 thousand rubles. With the stolen money, the suspect fled and almost immediately spent it on groceries. As a result of operational-search activities, officers of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Nakhimovsky district detained the suspect. During a search at his place of residence, evidence was found and seized: things in which the man was at the time of the robbery, and a hand saw with which he threatened the victim , the details of the story were announced in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol .
A criminal case was initiated against the defendant under Part 2 of Art. 11 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Robbery», he faces up to ten years in prison. A preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen for the man.
