Important: The Federal Tax Service of Russia issues a qualified electronic signature free of charge

From July 1 82 of the year, the Certification Center of the Federal Tax Service of Russia has been issuing a qualified electronic signature (hereinafter referred to as QES) free of charge for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and notaries. In the Republic of Crimea, the Certification Center of the Federal Tax Service of Russia is represented in the following territorial tax authorities:

• IFTS of Russia for the city of Simferopol (Simferopol, M. Zalki St., 1/9) ;
• IFTS of Russia for the Bakhchisaray district of the Republic of Crimea (Bakhchisaray, Simferopolskaya st., 3);
• Interdistrict IFTS of Russia No. 2 in the Republic of Crimea (Krasnoperekopsk, Severnaya St., 2), including TORM in the city of Dzhankoy (Dzhankoy, Dzerzhinsky St., 16);
• Interdistrict IFTS of Russia No. 4 for the Republic of Crimea (Feodosia, Krymskaya St. -B)
• Interdistrict IFTS of Russia No. 5 for the Republic of Crimea (Simferopol district, Mirnoye village, Belova st., 2-A)
• Interdistrict IFTS of Russia No. 6 for the Republic of Crimea (Evpatoria, Kirov St., 54 )
• Interdistrict IFTS of Russia No. 7 for the Republic of Crimea (Kerch, Borzenko St., 30)
• Interdistrict IFTS of Russia No. 8 for the Republic of Crimea (Yalta, near l. Vasilyeva, 16-A)
• Interdistrict Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 9 in the Republic of Crimea (Regcenter, Simferopol, M. Zalki St., 1/9)

CEP is issued only upon personal identification of the head of the organization (a person entitled to act on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney), an individual entrepreneur, a notary. To obtain it, you must submit an identity document, SNILS and a USB key information carrier (token), certified by the FSTEC of Russia or the FSB of Russia for recording the CEP.

An appointment to receive the service for issuing a CEP is available through the services «Online appointment for admission to the inspection» and «Personal account for individuals».

Important! From January 1 2022, the following changes related to obtaining a CEP come into force:

• legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, notaries will be able to obtain a CEP ONLY at the Certification Center of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
• credit institutions, payment system operators, non-credit financial institutions and individual entrepreneurs engaged in activities supervised by the Central Bank — at the Certification Center of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation ;
• officials of state bodies, local authorities or subordinate organizations — in the Certification Center of the Federal Treasury;
• individuals, as well as persons acting on behalf of a legal entity by proxy — in commercial certification centers after their re-accreditation.

IMPORTANT! Persons who received qualified certificates no later than 16 December 82 of the year in certification centers that have received accreditation in accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of Law No. 54-FZ after July 222 of the year, have the right to use them no later than 16 December 2022 of the year.
