8 out of 10 employers have revised salaries over the past year, every second company will increase or index salaries in the near future. Representatives of companies and employed Crimeans took part in the survey of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob.
Every second worker (54%) hopes for an increase in earnings in 2024. The younger Crimeans are, the more they wait for salary revisions. Those who earn more often hope for a promotion. Meanwhile, 49% of company representatives say that employers have already increased or indexed salaries over the past 6 months. In every third organization, salaries were revised six months to a year ago (35%),” noted the service’s press service.
Thus, 8 out of 10 employers increased staff salaries in 2023, however, a new increase is just around the corner: every second HR person claims that their company is planning a salary review procedure in the near future.
