In the Republic of Crimea, work continues to fill the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN) with the necessary information. Recall that as part of the implementation of the activities of the road map of the same name, approved by the Head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov, information is entered into the federal database to determine the cadastral value of real estate, information about the owners of previously registered land plots and capital objects — buildings, structures and structures. In addition, verification of federally owned property is carried out and monitoring is carried out of entering into the USRN information on the boundaries of zones with special conditions for the use of the territory, specially protected natural areasadministrative boundaries, etc.

Currently, the USRN already contains data on the borders of 271 settlements of the republic, most of which was received by the State Committee for State Registration and Cadastre of the Republic of Crimea in 2022. The boundaries of two municipalities have been introduced — the Razdolnensky rural settlement of the Razdolnensky district and the Chapaevsky rural settlement of the Sovietsky district.
