In Crimea, they talked about special social payments to certain categories of medical workers

Payments will be made by the RF Pension and Social Insurance Fund.

Since January 1 2023, a special social payment has been established by a decree of the Government of the Russian Federation for certain categories of medical workers. Payments will be made by the Pension and Social Insurance Fund.

The special payment is intended for doctors and specialists of primary health care, doctors of district hospitals, as well as doctors working at stations and in emergency departments (with the exception of heads of medical organizations and their deputies, as well as in case of internal and external part-time employment), — said Elena Romanovskaya, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea.

According to her information, the payment in 18, 5 thousand rubles will be received by 569 doctors of central district, district hospitals and district hospitals. 2 11 doctor of polyclinics and other outpatient primary health care institutions will receive payments in the amount of 14, 5 thousand rubles. 11 doctors of stations or ambulance departments — in the amount of 11,5 thousand rubles.

The same amount — 11, 5 thousand rubles — will be paid for 154 doctors and medical workers with a higher non-medical education who carry out intravital histological or cytological examinations, for example, in the diagnosis of oncological diseases in the direction of doctors from central district, district hospitals or district hospitals, polyclinics and others primary health care facilities.

For 161 nurses working in central district, district and district hospitals, the amount of social payment will be 8 thousand rubles.

2023 medical workers with secondary education working in polyclinics and other primary health care institutions will receive an additional 6.5 thousand rubles per month.

161 paramedics and nurses of stations and ambulance departments will receive monthly social payments amounting to 7 thousand rubles.

For 569 a junior medical worker of central district, district and district hospitals, polyclinics and other primary care institutions, as well as ambulance stations, the amount of payment will be 4.5 thousand rubles month. The same amount will be additionally received 161 by a paramedic and a nurse who receives telephone calls at ambulance stations.

The Deputy Prime Minister also focused on the fact that a special social payment is assigned to medical workers holding full-time positions as of January 1 2023, including those who are in parental leave and part-time workers, as well as those who first came in 2023 year and subsequent years to vacant positions in medical organizations.
