In Sevastopol, 1,432 families receive a monthly payment from the mother's capital
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The support measure is intended for families with an MSC certificate with an income below two subsistence levels per capita (in Sevastopol — below 29,038 rubles) without additional requirements for employment or property of parents.
Starting this year, the monthly payment is provided to the holders of the certificate, subject to several changes. The main one is that now the funds are allocated for each child up to 3 years old, including the first-born. Previously, Sevastopol parents could receive a payment only for the second child.
Another change concerns the date the funds are credited. From June, the payment will be delivered to all families on the same day — on the 5th day of each month. On this date, parents will receive funds for the previous month. For the first time, the new date will be applied to the May allowance, with the money going to families on June 5th.
Recall that in order to receive a payment, a family needs to submit an application to the Social Fund. This can be done through a personal account on the State Services portal, on the SFR website, as well as personally in the customer service of the Sevastopol Branch of the Social Fund or the MFC.
The amount of the monthly payment is equal to the regional subsistence minimum for children. In our city, this amount is 15,560 rubles. Payments from the maternity capital are established for the family for a year, as this period expires, the certificate holder should contact the Social Fund to extend the payment. You can receive a measure of support in addition to a single allowance.
