In Sevastopol, a draft planning of the territory for the creation of a tourist and recreational cluster was approved

At the last meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, two projects for planning the territory were approved — in the Nakhimovsky and Leninsky districts. The meeting was chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev. The first projected area is located in the Nakhimovsky district, its area is 11, 6 hectares. The documentation has been prepared for the implementation of an investment project to create a tourist and recreational cluster on the North Side.

The territory planning project is being developed in order to locate a resort and recreational complex, as well as to determine the limiting parameters of capital construction objects planned for placement. The project provides for the placement of tourist infrastructure facilities, the improvement of the beach area, the beautification of the coastal area, the creation of conditions for the safe use of a water body , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning Maxim Zhukalov.

The project also provides for shade canopies, aerariums — areas protected from direct sunlight and wind, equipped for dosed air baths, ramps for people with limited mobility and other elements for quality recreation for residents and guests of the city.

In June of this year, a meeting of the Town Planning Council was held, at which the investment project «Creation of a tourist and recreational cluster on the North Side» was considered. The recommendations of the council members have been implemented, the investment project has been approved , — says Maxim Zhukalov.

The second project area is located in the Leninsky district at the intersection of General Morgunov Highway and General Ostryakov Avenue — the site area is 2.53 ha. The planning project was prepared for the construction of residential buildings No. 1, 2, 3, 4, business facilities, as well as facilities for the necessary engineering infrastructure.

The project fully takes into account the decisions made by the documentation on the planning of the territory of the linear facility «Construction of a traffic interchange at the intersection of General Ostryakova Avenue (5 km) — entrance to Maksimova Dacha, » emphasizes the director of the Department of Architecture and urban planning.

The project is planned to be implemented in two phases. The first provides for the construction of one residential building, a business facility and engineering infrastructure, the second — three buildings of an apartment building.

Recall that public discussions on the project in the Leninsky district were held from 25 November to December 2022 of the year. One legally significant proposal was received on the need to locate a sewage pumping station in the design area. The proposal has been taken into account in the project.
