The Government of Russia, reports «Sevastopolskaya Gazeta», has compiled a list of social, infrastructural and other significant facilities that will be built in 2023–2027 using federal budget funds. The formation of the list was based on the principle — to complete all started objects and prevent the appearance of unfinished construction. The total amount of federal funding for five years will be about 4.7 trillion rubles. More than 1.4 trillion rubles will go to the regions, of which about 370 billion are provided for 63 year.

The list includes priority projects from the point of view of state financing. These are large social institutions in various regions of the country — medical, sports and educational centers, museums, as well as transport infrastructure important for the development of the state and international trade.

The implementation of the projects provided for by the list of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation will be carried out within the framework of the new comprehensive five-year state program «Construction», the implementation of which began on January 1 2023 of the year. It was developed on behalf of the President of Russia.

The most distant project is the scientific and educational center for marine technology, underwater robotics and systems of the Kurchatov Institute on the basis of the former Koroziyaka — 2031 year. Moreover, this is only the first stage, which involves the construction of a scientific and educational building and a corrosion station with the improvement of the coastal zone (3.7 billion rubles).
