Today, young families of Sevastopol residents received housing certificates. State support is provided in the form of social payments for the purchase of housing or the creation of an individual housing construction facility.
Housing certificates will improve living conditions, for some it will be the first apartment. It is very important for any family to have a home in which to raise children. Some of you already have three children, some of you are just starting your journey together. It is important that the program that we are implementing does not work in all subjects, I am glad that in Sevastopol we manage to extend this program from year to year— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the governor of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev.
The program has been operating in Sevastopol for seven years. From 2016 to 2022, certificates were issued to 214 families for a total of 248.8 million rubles. Today, 11 more young families have received housing certificates.
The social payment provided to young families can be used to pay the price of the contract for the sale of residential premises, for the construction of a residential building, to pay the down payment when obtaining a housing loan, to repay the principal amount of the debt and pay interest on housing loans, including mortgages. Social benefit is provided in the amount of 30% (families without children) or 35% of the average cost of housing for families with children.
