In Simferopol, raids are carried out daily to prevent the trade in melons, seasonal fruits and vegetables, in places not designated for these purposes. Police officers are involved in the activities. Administrative protocols are drawn up against violators. The degree of guilt and the type of punishment will be determined by the members of the administrative commission.
Measures of administrative influence are applied in case of revealing the facts of trade in places not established for this (Article 6.1. Law of the Republic of Crimea dated 25 June 2022 No. 25-ZRK/2015 «On administrative offenses in the Republic of Crimea» , — clarified in the administration.
