A similar case occurred in the city of Sudak with citizen K., who ignored maintenance obligations to his child and as a result he had a debt on maintenance payments. As part of the enforcement proceedings for the recovery of alimony, which is on compulsory execution in the bailiff department for the city of Sudak, the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea, the bailiff drew up an act of inventory and arrest of the land plot owned by the debtor K. on the right of ownership. Also, the bailiff sent an application to the court to levy execution on the arrested land plot. As a result of this, the debtor K., not wanting to lose his real estate, remembered the unfulfilled obligations to his child and paid off the alimony debt in full for a total amount of thousand rubles the day before the trial , — reported the press service of the UFSSP of Russia in the Republic of Crimea.
