The territory of non-residential development at the intersection of General Morgunov Highway and General Ostryakov Avenue is subject to comprehensive development. The corresponding decision was made by the Government of Sevastopol. According to the director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning Maxim Zhukalov, the total area of ​​the territory will be 25 60 sq. . m. The master plan provides for the construction of apartment buildings with built-in and attached non-residential premises, as well as a three-story retail and office building.

The area of ​​residential premises will be 15 278 sq. m, non-residential — 5 205 sq. m. The draft decision establishes the maximum and minimum parameters of the permitted construction of capital construction facilities within the boundaries of the territory of non-residential development, subject to integrated development , — quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Maxim Zhukalov.

He added that the decision on the integrated development of the territory will allow the city not to buy an object worth 60 million rubles located on this territory for the construction of a transport interchange. The copyright holder, for his part, agrees to conclude an agreement.
