The first republican forum of young specialists of law enforcement agencies was held at the Crimean Federal University. The event was implemented within the framework of the «Zerkalo» project and is aimed at the exchange of experience between employees of law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Crimea.
It is very important for us to see interdepartmental interaction not only in law enforcement agencies, but also between the youth of our entire society, in particular, between student youth and the youth of law enforcement agencies. We have something to talk about together, we have something to share, and most importantly, we are well aware that when we are together, we are much stronger, — quotes the press service of the acting rector of KFU. Students from Crimean universities, young employees of organizations and departments of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Prosecutor’s Office, the National Guard, the Investigative Committee, the Federal Penitentiary Service, the Federal Customs Service took part.
The practical part of the forum was opened by the Chairman of the State Committee for Youth Policy Alexei Zinchenko, who spoke about new opportunities for young people.
Today, young people are provided with a huge number of opportunities: grant support for ideas, participation in forum campaigns, interaction with specialized bodies in the field of youth policy. In the Republic of Crimea, this is the State Committee for Youth Policy. We try our best to do everything in our power so that the ideas of young people are realized.— notes Alexey Zinchenko.
Blogger and public figure Alexander Talipov talked to the participants about collective communication in social networks and modern media. And Vice-Rector for Youth Policy of KFU Sergey Elkin spoke about the effective system of team building, the valuable word of the state and patriotic education.
This forum gives young specialists of law enforcement agencies an understanding of what is happening in the student environment in the implementation of the state youth policy. We introduce them to our world and we ourselves get acquainted with the world of young people of law enforcement agencies— says Sergey Elkin.
In addition to lectures on media activities, volunteering and humanitarian missions, the participants attended trainings and master classes. Also, a project session was held in the form of a team-business game, where proposals were developed to improve the youth policy of law enforcement agencies. At the end of the first day of training, the participants thought out tactics and fought for victory in an interdepartmental laser tag tournament.
As part of the forum for young professionals, a panel discussion was held with the heroes of the Russian Federation — Artyom Katunkin and Dmitry Polkovnikov. Participants learned about the real challenges of our time.
This forum is attended by the golden youth who have already stood up for this country and will stand like a mountain. It is very pleasant to be among such guys: these are young people who have not seen a lot of things in their lives, but are already on the right track. It seems to me that this forum should go to the federal level: to bring together guys from all regions so that they can exchange experiences, share knowledge, best practices, and most importantly, become an example for the younger generation— shared Dmitry Polkovnikov.
Based on the results of two days, the participants formed knowledge about the activities of law enforcement agencies and interdepartmental communication, found new acquaintances and exchanged experience with colleagues from law enforcement agencies.
The outcome of the forum was the signing of an agreement on the establishment of an interdepartmental Council of Young Specialists of law enforcement agencies. The new platform will combine the efforts and resources of the system of patriotic education during the period of the Special Military Operation to implement the tasks of military-political work.
The event was organized by the main department for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops with the support of the State Committee for Youth Policy and the Crimean Federal University.
