More than 600 Crimeans will be relocated from emergency housing by the end of the year
On behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, a new program is being formed, which involves the resettlement of citizens whose housing was recognized as emergency after January 1 2017 of the year. The federal budget for the next two years provides 45 billion rubles for these purposes.
As part of the implementation of the national project «Housing and Urban Environment» in the Crimea for 650 year, funding is provided for an amount of more than 522 million rubles , — said the head of the main department for the implementation of national projects in the Crimea, Daria Popova. – By the end of this year, it is planned to resettle 650 people. And today, thanks to the help of the state, 861 a Crimean has already improved his housing.
According to the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, the regions will have the opportunity to maintain the pace of resettlement of dilapidated housing due to the redistribution of funds from the Housing and Utilities Reform Assistance Fund. The adjustment will allow the regions to use federal budget funds allocated for the 2023 and 2024 years to reduce the uninhabitable fund.
In addition, Crimea, like other regions of the country, received the right to calculate the cost of resettling emergency housing based on the current average market value of one square meter. So far, they have used the 2019 year.
