The state provides four additional days off for the care of children with disabilities every month. Thanks to the innovation, these days can be accumulated and used as a full-fledged vacation — up to 24 days in a row. The provision of such leave will be agreed with the employer. This will allow parents to more freely plan the treatment, rehabilitation or vacation of a child with a disability, without fear that their organization will have to take a vacation at their own expense or risk their job.

Partner Funding Pilot Launched

From September 1, 2023 to September 1, 2025, an experiment on partner (Islamic) financing will be held in Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Chechnya and Dagestan. Russia will create a unified information system in construction

The norms of the law providing for the creation of a unified state information system for ensuring urban planning activities «Stroykompleks.RF» come into force. It will contain information and materials on the development of territories, their development, capital construction projects and other necessary information.

Increasing liability for damage to buildings

Subsidiary liability of self-regulatory organizations (SROs) is introduced for compensation for damage caused to the building owner during construction and other works. Previously, it was difficult to receive compensation for the destruction or damage of an object if the legal entity that performed the work was liquidated. Now this can be done, for example, at the expense of the SRO compensation fund. The procedure for conducting state expertise of project documentation has also been clarified.

The quality of textbooks in colleges and technical schools will improve

Institutions of secondary vocational education will choose textbooks and teaching aids from the federal list. Previously, unlike schools, they could use any at their discretion. The change will ensure the unity of the basic requirements for general education disciplines in schools and colleges.

Recognition of foreign education will be transferred to the “figure”

Recognition of education received abroad will be transferred to an online format. In the same way, certificates of state accreditation of educational activities will be issued. All the necessary information will be contained in a special register.

Uniform basic educational programs will operate in schools

By the new academic year in schools, the basic general education programs should be brought into line with the federal ones. This is a norm of the law, which introduces basic educational programs that are uniform for the whole country instead of exemplary ones. In addition, silver medals will return. In particular, the maximum fines for failure to provide information about advertising or its distribution without identification will be up to 700,000 rubles.
