Officially: payments to Sevastopol workers injured at work have been increased

Since February 1 2023 of the year, Sevastopol residents receiving monthly insurance payments as a result of an accident at work and occupational disease, as well as due to the death of an insured person, have been indexed insurance payment by ,9%.

The Social Fund for the city of Sevastopol registered 455 recipients of payments in connection with an accident at work or an occupational disease, as well as in connection with the loss of a breadwinner. As a result of the indexation, the increase amounted to 422 thousand rubles, the average increase was 971, 31 rubles.

From February 1 2023 the maximum amount of the monthly insurance payment amounted to 101, 3 thousand rubles. for a full calendar month; the maximum amount of a one-time insurance payment is 131, 7 thousand rubles

The transfer of payments already in an increased amount will be carried out no later than February 2023

Recall that insurance payments are assigned and paid to the insured person, if, according to the conclusion of the medical and social examination, the result of the occurrence of the insured event was the loss of his professional ability to work, or to a family member of the deceased at work, who is entitled to payment. The amount of the security depends on the degree of disability and the level of the average salary received before the insured event.

For comparison: in the 2021 year, the Sevastopol Social Fund spent 39, 5 million rubles on monthly insurance payments, in the 2022 year — 44, 4 million rubles
