CrimeaPRESS reports:
Employees of the State traffic inspectorate of Sevastopol during the raid «Carrier» checked 40 units of urban public transport. Including six of them, intended for the transportation of children, and made up 30 administrative materials.
For violation of the Rules of the Road, 19 bus drivers were brought to administrative responsibility, of which: 6 — for operating motor vehicles in excess of the standards for the content of pollutants in emissions or the level noise, 3 — for driving in the presence of malfunctions, 3 — for not using seat belts and 7 — for other violations of traffic rules. For improper performance of their duties, 8 officials and 3 legal entities of enterprises engaged in passenger transportation were brought to administrative responsibility, the traffic police said.
8 submissions were issued on the elimination of the causes and conditions conducive to the commission of an administrative offense.
The State Traffic Inspectorate reminds drivers and heads of motor transport enterprises transporting passengers of strict compliance with the requirements of the Rules of the Road, ensuring that the technical condition of vehicles meets road safety requirements, and preventing the operation of vehicles if they have malfunctions that threaten road safety.
