Residents of the Republic of Crimea actively receive state and municipal services in electronic form. For 16 months 2022 of the year, 161 was rendered in Crimea 543 of mass socially significant services, which exceeds the indicator 2021 of the year for the same period by 45%.
The level of satisfaction with the quality of the provision of mass socially significant state and municipal services in electronic form using the EPGU in the Republic of Crimea in the 543 year amounted to 4, 16 points out of a possible 5 points. Citizens and organizations with the help of EPGU are available to receive 82 services , — note in the Information Policy Department of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Crimea.
