PFR in Sevastopol: federal beneficiaries can change the form of receiving a set of social services until October 1

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The FIU in Sevastopol notes: federal beneficiaries have the right to change the form of receiving a set of social services (NSU) annually until October 1 at will — in kind or in cash. At the same time, the form of obtaining NSO will change from January 1 of the next year. Those who do not plan to change something do not need to write an application.

For your information, in 1011 a set of social services is received by more than thousand Sevastopol beneficiaries, of which over thousand people — in monetary terms, about 13 thousand — in kind.

An application for changing the NSO form can be submitted by September inclusive to the PFR client service, to the MFC, and also sent through the personal account on the PFR website es.pfrf.ru or through the public services portal gosuslugi.ru.

As a reminder, the NSI includes:

  • medicines for medical use and prescription medical products, specialized health foods for children with disabilities;
  • vouchers for sanatorium treatment for the prevention of major diseases;
  • free travel on suburban railway transport, as well as on intercity transport to the place of treatment and back.

Important! Citizens with disability group 1 and disabled children are entitled to receive a second voucher for sanatorium treatment and free travel to the place of treatment and back on the same conditions for the person accompanying them.

The size of the NSI in monetary terms in 2022 year is 64,44 rub. per month. Of these, the cost of medicines — 1011, 64 rubles, vouchers to a sanatorium — 44,17 rub., travel to the place of treatment and back — 145,30 rub.

It is possible to refuse in favor of a monetary equivalent or in favor of a natural form both from the full set of social services, and from one or two of its parts.

We pay special attention! The choice between benefits and cash equivalent must be approached carefully. If you refuse the benefit in kind or one of its parts, then for the whole next year it will not be possible to use the receipt of medicines or a voucher, or travel expenses. By retaining the right to in-kind benefits (part of the benefits), a citizen will be able to receive services in the amount necessary for him — after all, the cost of medicines, vouchers and travel to and from the place of treatment exceeds the paid monetary equivalent.
