Project “Clean Water” — how the construction of a water treatment plant is progressing in Krasnoperekopsk

Construction of a large water treatment plant continues in Krasnoperekopsk. The facility is being built as part of the regional project “Clean Water” of the national project “Housing and Urban Water”. The cost of the work performed is 2,161.80 million rubles.
The contractor for the construction of the facility is FAU «Roskapstroy», which has extensive experience in the construction of complex facilities. The planned capacity of the water treatment plant is 15 thousand cubic meters per day. The goal of the implementation of this facility is to improve the quality of supplied water for the city of Krasnoperekopsk and the Krasnoperekopsk region.
The contractor’s specialists have completed the main preparatory and excavation work. Work is underway to pour columnar foundations and structures, with further backfilling with sand. It is expected to erect metal structures filled with sandwich panels. The clean water reservoir is used to reinforce the walls and formwork for pouring concrete. Formwork is being installed on the source water reservoir,” said the Republican Council of Ministers.
The operation of this facility will make it possible to provide high-quality drinking water to more than 40 thousand people and achieve the target indicators of the regional Clean Water project.
