In 2024, student brigades celebrate the 65th anniversary of the birth of the movement; during this time, more than 20 million people have attended the school of student brigades. The Corporate University was created by Russian student groups in the Anniversary Year of the movement. The training will be carried out in 18 modules covering the development of leadership skills, labor protection, handling objections, management, creativity and training in public speaking.
The main goal of the program is to systematize the educational programs of the Russian Socialist Society and create an effective educational system for developing the competencies of student team members. Students will be able to prepare for professional activities and active participation in the public life of the country. The training will provide additional points for participants in the competition for the best student team, and will also become a mandatory stage of preparation for managing a labor project. The training is free and will be conducted in 18 modules devoted to the development of leadership skills, labor protection, working with objections, management, creativity, training in public speaking, etc.
Russian student groups are a key element of youth policy in the country, — notes Mikhail Kiselyov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy. — RSO Corporate University is an important step towards training personnel that meets modern labor market requirements.
On March 11, training for leaders of teams participating in the competition for the best student team starts at the corporate university of Russian student teams. Team leaders created on the project platform will have access to training in several modules on the topic of leadership and team management.
In December, training for future teachers of the program — League of Trainers — began at the RSO corporate university. On March 20, the second stage of training for trainers will start, during which participants and mentors will develop their own training system in one of the subjects. The third stage will take place in person and will include a detailed study of the training program.
