Pupils of primary classes of Sevastopol schools No. 43, 11, 12, 15 today became participants in the program «Eagles of Russia». The solemn ceremony of initiation took place in the Catherine Hall of the House of Officers of the Black Sea Fleet.
The Eaglets of Russia program is aimed at developing the social activity of primary school students, as well as at interest in educational and extracurricular activities. First of all, the guys will be taught teamwork, because we understand that a leader without a team cannot do anything.— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the deputy director of the department of education and science of the city Stanislav Feoktistov.
Today, 470 schoolchildren have joined the ranks of the Eagles. The initiation ceremony was led by students of gymnasium No. 1 — winners of the All-Russian competition «Eagles of Russia» in 2022.
It is significant that the solemn initiation into the ranks of the «Eagles of Russia» takes place on the eve of the Day of the reunification of Crimea and Sevastopol with Russia. The guys utter the words of a solemn promise, members of the Yunarmiya and activists of the Russian Movement of Children and Youth tie their ties and hand over badges. I am sure that this day will remain in the memory of the guys and will give a start to new creative activities and projects.— notes the regional coordinator of the All-Russian project «Childhood Navigators» Natalya Zagorodnyaya.
The solemn ceremony of dedication is held in Sevastopol for the second year in a row. The goal is to support and develop the youth movement, the formation of an active citizenship and social responsibility, the education of patriotism in children of primary school age.

Recall that the program «Eagles of Russia» is the first stage of the Russian movement of children and youth. The project started in 2021, and currently more than 60,000 classes are taking part in it, including 101 teams from new regions of the country.
