Sevastopol taxpayers paid more than 25 billion rubles to the budget

At the enlarged meeting of the board, the results of the work of the Office for the 2022 year were summed up. The meeting was attended by the Chief Federal Inspector for the City of Sevastopol of the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District A.I. Akulov, Deputy Governor — Chairman of the Government of Sevastopol A.N. Parikin, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol, chairman of the standing committee on the budget V.V. Aksenov, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol, chairman of the standing commission on economics E.G. Dubovik.

Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol A.N. Mohyla noted the positive dynamics of budget revenues for the previous year, despite the unprecedented external sanctions pressure.

The head of the Department emphasized that in the territory of Sevastopol for 2022 a year, 25 8 billion rubles were mobilized to the consolidated budget of the country, which is by 18 percent exceeds the income level for the 2021 year.

In the structure of tax revenues, the largest share is traditionally formed by personal income tax — 46 percent, VAT amounted to 25 percent, income tax — 12 percent, receipts from special tax regimes — 9 percent, property taxes — 5 percent.

Federal budget revenues amounted to 6.9 billion — an increase compared to the previous year amounted to 16 percent.

, 9 billion rubles were mobilized to the budget of the subject. In comparison with the previous year, the increase in revenues amounted to 3.1 billion rubles.

Sevastopol taxpayers transferred 3 billion rubles of insurance premiums to state extra-budgetary funds, which is almost 2 billion more than last year’s receipts.

During the collegium, the Head of the Department analyzed the dynamics of revenues for budget-forming types of taxes and announced the indicators of the control work based on the results of the 2022 year.

A.N. Grave reported that according to the results of the control work, an additional 742 million rubles were accrued, which is 4 times higher than the figures for the previous year. In addition, the effectiveness of desk audits has increased by 5 times. In general, additional charges for desk audits increased by 6.6 times.

The Head of the Department noted that from January 1 2023 one of the largest projects of the Federal Tax Service of Russia was introduced in the country — the institution of a single tax account. The implementation of this project supports the general vector for the modernization of the service’s activities to introduce new approaches to information processing to simplify the fulfillment of the obligation of taxpayers to pay taxes and fees.

A.N. Mogila outlined the main tasks of the current year, the most important of which should be assistance in adapting the region’s taxpayers to the new procedure for budget settlements. He emphasized that the specialists of the Department will bring up-to-date information to the business community, explain, answer questions, as part of the weekly project «Tax Hour», implemented on the electronic platform of the My Business Center.

Commenting on the achieved results of A.N. Mogila identified the main areas of work for the future, among which the main trend is to ensure the dynamics of revenues to the budget system of the Russian Federation in accordance with the economic indicators of the region.

The invited leaders noted the effective work of the Department, effective interdepartmental cooperation and discussed areas of activity for the current year.
