The Russian accommodation booking service Tvil.ru has revealed where most Russians will go at the beginning of the summer tourist season.

The top ten popular holiday destinations in May and June included six cities in the Crimea, three cities in the Krasnodar Territory, as well as St. Petersburg. According to Tvil.ru statistics, tourists spend an average of 3.7 thousand rubles per day on a weekly vacation in May and June , the press service of the service notes.

Tvil.ru analysts note that compared to last year, the average cost of a night in May and June increased by 29%. At the same time, the demand for booking in these months decreased by % compared to the previous year.
