«Solnechny» will be: approved the updated cost estimate for the construction of the Artek camp

The recalculation of the estimated cost of the first stage of the construction of the Solnechny camp before the conclusion of the state contract for construction and installation work made it possible to take into account the rise in the cost of materials and labor in the market. A new positive conclusion on the estimate after a second review was issued by the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia.

The first stage of construction includes the provision of engineering protection for the buildings of the camp «Solnechny» of the ICC «Artek» with a total length of about 1.7 km. The recalculation of the estimated cost of the construction of the facility before the conclusion of the state contract for construction and installation work will allow taking into account the rise in the cost of materials and labor in the Russian construction resources market , — said the press service of the Single Customer, which implements the construction of the facility.

The construction of the Solnechny camp, the first camp since 1995 on the territory of the Artek International Children’s Center, began in

year. At the same time, its creation was planned almost years ago in the project of the «Big» Artek «by architect Anatoly Polyansky. The construction of the camp will unite the entire territory of the children’s center into a single complex, which will stretch from the Ayu-Dag mountain to the village of Gurzuf. Dormitories of «Solnechny» are located along the beach line and are divided thematically into seasons.

In the near future, it is planned to pass a similar state examination for more 16 objects of the Artek International Children’s Center.
