In Crimea, the regional stage of the All-Russian competition of professional skills «Best in Profession» in the nomination «The Best Nurse in Primary Health Care» was held.
The main goal of the competition is to increase the prestige of the profession «Nurse», promote achievements and disseminate best practices, assist in attracting young people to study and find employment in this profession , — noted in the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea.
The competition was held on the basis of the Evpatoria Medical College. It was attended by five applicants from medical institutions of the Crimea.
The competition included two stages. As part of the theoretical stage, the contestants were tested and answered 80 questions. At the practical stage, the participants had to solve a situational problem and demonstrate their practical skills. The level of complexity of the tasks corresponded to the professional standard «Nurse / Nurse Brother», approved by the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation , — said the Ministry of Health.
According to the results of the competition, the first place was taken by the nurse of the GBUZ RK «Evpatoria City Hospital» Victoria Dobrinova, the second — by the nurse of the GBUZ RK «Simferopol Polyclinic No. 2» Alena Dorofeeva and the third — by the nurse of the GAU RK «Dzhankoy City Polyclinic» Olga Vichilinskaya.
