For the first time in the history of the Crimean athletics, our athletes — pupils of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Crimea «ShOR in Athletics No. 1» — sensationally became bronze medalists of the Russian Championship in a dynamic and unusual relay race 4x 100 m with barriers among women with the result 59,47 sec.
The composition of the Crimean national team: candidates for the master of sports of Russia Victoria Soboleva, Anastasia Dorohova (both — Yalta, coach — Victoria Sukhova), Victoria Evseeva and Marina Pirieva (both — Simferopol, coach — Dmitry Kopytich).
Also in the top ten teams in Russia among girls under years, the Crimean national team consisting of Alexandra Sukhanova, Nelli Uryupina, Polina Taranova and Karolina Afanasyeva. Crimeans took eighth place in the 4x47m relay with a score of 1.,52 min.
