The Crimean woman owed 484 thousand rubles in taxes. Bailiffs «asked» to pay

KrymPRESS informs:

In the department of bailiffs for the Bakhchisaray district of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, enforcement proceedings were initiated against citizen Z. who did not pay taxes for the total amount 484 thousand rubles. Debtor Z. was in no hurry to fulfill her tax obligations to the state, as a result of which the bailiffs applied enforcement measures to the debtor — they checked the property status of citizen Z. and revealed that she owns a non-residential building located on the territory of the Kirov region.

The bailiffs of the bailiffs department for the Bakhchisaray district sent an order to the territorial body of bailiffs in the Kirov region, whose employees drew up an act of seizure of real estate owned by the debtor and prepared documents for the transfer of seized property for evaluation with subsequent sale at auction. Employees of the department for the Bakhchisarai district notified citizen Z. of the work done, explained to her the procedure for assessing and selling her property to pay off tax debts. Realizing the seriousness of the situation and not wanting to lose her real estate, the debtor quickly found the necessary funds and fully repaid the debt by transferring the required amount to the deposit account of the bailiffs department. Enforcement proceedings ended with the actual execution , — noted in the press service of the department.
