Problems in the energy sector are under the special control of the chief investigator of the peninsula.
The head of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Vladimir Terentyev, held a personal reception of citizens who encountered problematic situations when the Krymenergo enterprise provided them with services.
Residents from all over the peninsula came to the reception with various problems related to the activities of the State Unitary Enterprise «Krymenergo». Most of the unresolved situations related to issues of calculating tariffs, the facts of the duration of connection of consumers under previously concluded contracts or refusal of such connection in the presence of technical conditions, as well as the groundless drawing up of acts on non-contractual/free consumption of electricity.
During the reception, Vladimir Nikolaevich received more than twenty citizens, each was given close attention — the opinion of the management of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymenergo» was heard, the staff of the Main Investigation Department heard about the results of inspections and investigations of criminal casesreports the press service of the regional department of the Investigative Committee.
A number of questions raised were of great interest to the investigators.
The arguments presented by citizens about violations in the activities of Krymenergo employees were the basis for the immediate registration of a number of inspections. To resolve other problematic issues, together with the general director of the enterprise, a range of activities and responsible persons, as well as deadlines for their implementation, were determinedstressed the Sledkom.
