On a friendly visit to the Muftiate of Muslims of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol (Tauride Muftiate), Haji Emirali Ablaev was visited by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the World Congress of Tatars Vasil Shaikhraziev.
During the visit, the parties discussed the activities of the Muftiate and the Congress, cooperation, and ongoing projects. The meeting was also attended by the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Ruslan Shayakhmetov. The guests visited the Cathedral Mosque in Simferopol.
The Mufti of the Muslims of Crimea and Sevastopol thanked for the visit and respect for the Crimean Muslims.
The connection between Crimea and Tatarstan is very strong and has long historical roots. We need to continue historical ties, implement projects to preserve the national and traditional values of our peoples, — notes the Mufti of Crimea.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasil Shaykhraziev invited the Mufti to make a return visit to the Republic of Tatarstan, namely the All-Russian Forum of Religious Figures and the “Izge Bolgar Khyeny” holiday, which will be held in May 2024.
