The police and the prosecutor's office are looking into the circumstances of an accident in Simferopol involving an ambulance.

The prosecutor’s office is monitoring the establishment of the circumstances of an accident involving an ambulance and a bus in Simferopol. According to the police, the accident occurred the day before (at 13:45) at the intersection of Gagarin Street and Kim Street (at the exit section of the bridge).
The driver of a regular bus, moving from Moskovskaya Square in the far right lane, intended only for turning right, did not allow an ambulance, which was driving with special flashing lights on, to pass, and caused a collision with it. In addition to the driver, there were 8 passengers on the bus, and medical workers in the ambulance. No one was injured as a result of the road accident— said the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
An investigation into the accident is underway and all the circumstances surrounding the incident are being clarified. The progress of the investigation is under the control of the Crimean prosecutor’s office.
