Sunday, 16 September, at : 18 a message was received on the control panel of the operational duty officer of the Center for the Provision of Civil Protection Measures in Sevastopol about the need to provide assistance to a woman with children. Vacationers could not get out on their own from the Golden Beach, near Balaklava, due to a storm.

During the rescue work, it was revealed that a family of five, including a child of 1.5 years old, arrived in the morning on Zolotoy beach and due to bad weather they could not leave it on their own. Rescuers found the victims and evacuated them from a hard-to-reach place. The work was completed in 12: , — told in emergency department.
