In 2022 year 100 thousands of Crimean children will be able to relax in camps and sanatoriums. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya.

The Republic of Crimea still stably maintains the social orientation of children’s recreation, focusing on the organization of recreation for children in difficult life situations. Children’s recreation will be covered by orphans and children deprived of parental care. At least thousands of children from large and low-income families, 3.5 thousand children with disabilities and children with disabilities will be provided with free vouchers to children’s camps, she noted.

According to Romanovskaya, Crimea is actively preparing for the start of a children’s health campaign 2022 of the year. The register of children’s recreation and health improvement organizations operating on the territory of the Republic includes 313 organizations. Demand for children’s recreation is facilitated by the abolition of a number of epidemic bans by Rospotrebnadzor, including restrictions on the loading of summer camps. It is allowed to increase the load of summer recreational facilities up to % of the design capacity.

Last year, 265 day camps and children’s health camps worked in Crimea. Over 160 thousands of Crimean children rested and improved their health in them.
